**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - ACLS, PALS, BLS certifications required - More than 3 years of experience in operating room procedures, including robotic, orthopedic, trauma, general/gyn, urology, some ENT, some plastic, pain management, some ophthalmology, neuro/spine, vascular - Community Hospital Experience: Required - LTAC Experience: Required - Trauma Level II Experience: Required - Travel Experience: Required - 1 year experience in profession - Patient Ratio Experience: 1 - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Cerner Charting System Experience: Preferred **Skills:** - Extensive list of surgical and clinical procedures including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Pediatric dentistry, Orthopedic robotic surgery, etc. **Vaccination Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed) **Scheduling Details:** - Tuesday to Friday with call required one weekday and one weekend per month **Other Requirements:** - Local Radius: 50 miles (Local Rule: not accepted) - RTO required with submission **Charting System:** - Cerner experience preferred
