A day in the life As a Senior Client Manager on the Business Insurance team, you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth. You will analyze coverage, recommend risk‑management solutions, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, prepare proposals and conduct policy checks. You will also mentor Client Service Associates by developing their coverage knowledge. Our future colleague We’re looking for candidates with the following skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Insurance. Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment). Insurance designations (e.g., INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. The following additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience using EPIC. Experience working with Real Estate and Manufacturing clients. Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
