Details Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department Night shift schedule: 18:00–06:30 13-week contract Epic EMR is used in this unit May care for boarded patients within the ED Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required Floating required within skill set, onsite or to facilities within 40 miles Requirements Active WI or compact RN license required Minimum 2 years of ED experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all must be AHA-issued) TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years NIH Stroke Scale certification required (Group A updated yearly; Groups B–F updated every 2 years) MOAB or CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) certification required — must be an 8-hour course, updated every 2 years Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address Two professional references required for consideration Copy of Driver's License required for consideration Full SSN and full DOB required for consideration Additional Information Provides emergency nursing care to a general ED patient population, including boarded patients Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates living within the facility's radius may be eligible only at a reduced pay rate — contact your recruiter for details Candidates may only be submitted to one Ascension position system-wide at a time COVID-19 vaccination is not required by this facility American Traveler Job ID #P-724350.
