Apartment Service Tech IIPosition at Windsor Communities | Blu Harbor - Redwood City, CA. This site is a mid-rise style apartment community with 402 units on property. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Available to be on call once every 6 weeks when fully staffed. Shares on call with The Marston. Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation. Hourly: Starting at $27.03- $33.78 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $56,222 - $70,262.Summary: Must have intermediate competency with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Prior multi-family apartment maintenance industry experience is a plus.
