Role Description

The Logistics Coordinator manages the operational logistics of our luxury fleet. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the precise coordination, scheduling, and real-time management of high-end vehicles (limousines, executive sedans, SUVs) and chauffeurs, ensuring an impeccable and timely experience for our discerning clientele. This role demands exceptional communication, discretion, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will ensure our daily operations are running efficiently while supporting our commitment to reliable service.

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with availability to work on weekends as needed)

Pay

$23-$25/hour

Responsibilities

• Utilize scheduling and management systems to process bookings and generate necessary client confirmation details.
• Coordinate daily transportation assignments, meticulously matching chauffeurs and high-end vehicles to bookings based on client preferences, itinerary requirements, and optimal routing.
• Monitor all scheduled trips using advanced dispatch and GPS systems, providing real-time support and proactive management to ensure every arrival and departure is executed with flawless precision.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve potential service disruptions, implementing immediate contingency plans to maintain the seamless experience expected by high-end clientele.
• Work with affiliates to set-up reservations as needed; handling the “farm-out” and “farm-in” process from beginning to end.
• Track vehicle wear and tear (mileage) to prioritize even usage across the fleet (primarily sedans & SUVs).
• Proactively identify and implement strategies to improve scheduling efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Other Duties

• Assist customers via phone, email, and text giving quotes and taking reservations.
• Send email confirmations, process trip payments, and send receipts.
• Assist customers with ground transportation, local attractions/activities and other functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Previous experience coordinating schedules/dispatching preferred
