Our Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as our Receptionist, aka "Director of First Impressions". We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through remarkable customer experiences. This is a fast-paced environment, which requires skillful multi-tasking and strong technical skills. Our Director of First Impressions is the glue and the heart of our Agencies.
Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for our Agencies
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Service includes customer inquiries, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements include:
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Exam financial assistance available

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Bi-lingual Spanish++
- Ability to multi-task

- Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30A - 5:00P
