Job Title Travel RN – Telemetry (Night Shift) Location Bowling Green, KY | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Required | Projected Start: 08/31/2026 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed Telemetry unit with a standard ratio of 4:1 (with cath recovery) and a maximum ratio of 6:1–7:1 Monitor patients using remote telemetry monitors and Alaris pumps; document care using the Meditech system Assist with or support procedures performed on the unit including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis Apply knowledge of chest tube management and dysrhythmia recognition in the care of telemetry patients Adhere to unit-specific policies including the Telemetry Monitoring Policy and Stroke Policy Float to Ortho/Med-Surg as needed per unit floating policy (agency staff float first) Required Qualifications Active RN licensure (or compact eligibility) in the state of Kentucky Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience BLS certification required ACLS certification required NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required Ability to work every other weekend as part of the scheduling requirement Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with remote telemetry monitoring systems Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation Prior experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and chest tube management Why Join Us Join a recognized and engaged unit that celebrates staff through monthly STAR awards, Daisy Award, and Bee Award acknowledgments voted on by team members Work alongside dedicated PCTs on both day and night shifts and unit clerks providing strong team support Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775357.
