Community Association Manager

Job Type Full‑time What We Offer Compensation range: $65,000 - $80,000 Monthly cell phone stipend Hybrid work structure Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Front‑loaded PTO 401k with company match up to 4% Long and short‑term disability at no cost to employee What You’ll Do Oversee a portfolio of condominium/homeowner associations in the Chicago suburbs. Day‑to‑day implementation of procedures and programs ensuring well‑managed and maintained properties. Conduct daily operations including regular interaction with Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors. Compose and update a preventative maintenance plan for each property and oversee its execution. Respond to customer inquiries and issues with the assistance of our support staff. Meet with contractors to solicit bids or perform work as needed. Build lasting relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts in line with management agreements. Perform monthly walk‑throughs to identify maintenance needs, violations, or aesthetic issues. Organize agenda and run Owner and Board meetings; typically 4 board meetings per year in the evening. Provide financial insight to the Board, including budget preparation, bill approval, and invoice reviews. Conduct fiscal management tasks such as reviewing invoices, coordinating tax preparation, reserve studies, and ensuring financial statements are accurate before distribution. What You’ll Need Experience as a Community Association Manager. Experience explaining association finances to Board members and owners, constructing budgets, special assessments, and providing financial advice. Valid driver’s license. Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive). Advanced communication skills. Ability to plan ahead and consistently meet deadlines.
