As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher or Teacher Assistant, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

• Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps.
• Manage the Infant or Toddler classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
• Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's infant and toddler curriculum
• Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
• Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking

Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency with one of the following: CDA, TCC, Assoc. Degree ECE or bachelor's degree ECE. 2-5 years' experience required for the Lead Teacher role and 1-3 years experience for the Assistant Teacher role. This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements. The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. patience, flexibility.

Signing bonus: $500 after completing 90 days. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
