Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Support front-of-house and back-of-house staff in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
Open availability including weekends is required.
Schedule
Full-time schedule with open availability, including weekends.
