In-Home Visit Nurse

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our In-Home team. In this nursing role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities Complete admission assessments and reassessments for the in-home caregiver population. Provide nurse visits for adult and senior populations: taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs. May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services. Provide instruction and education on medications. Demonstrate good time management, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Requirements Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Missouri. Home care experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational and self-management skills.
