Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to fill gaps in our community. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings. Credentialing Requirements Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution, and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field. Must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure in Massachusetts. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to work within a multicultural lens. Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems. Interest in treating children and families is a plus. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
