Restaurant Server – Riverfront Grille DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront is seeking friendly, dependable Restaurant Servers to join our Riverfront Grille team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to both hotel guests and local diners, helping create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This is a fast-paced position with both morning and evening shifts available. Hours 20–40 hours per week Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders and answer questions about the menu Deliver meals and beverages accurately and promptly Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience Process payments accurately using the POS system Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with side work as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide excellent service Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions Willingness to learn menu items and food and beverage offerings Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Hotel Investment Services, Inc.
