Centennial Urology is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Urologist to join our expanding practice amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of Roseburg, Oregon. Job Requirements

• Must have or obtain an Oregon medical license
• American Board of Urology certified or eligible
• DEA certificate with full prescriptive authority

Pay Range
$501,867 - $639,180 /year
