Cardiac Sonographer Location Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Job Type Travel Contract – 13 Weeks Compensation $48 – $51 per hour Schedule 10-hour day shifts, generally 8:00 AM–6:30 PM; schedule varies Key Responsibilities Perform cardiac echocardiography studies within the scope of the assigned role. Provide diagnostic cardiac ultrasound support in a hospital cardiology environment. Obtain and evaluate appropriate cardiac ultrasound images according to established clinical and departmental procedures. Work independently while maintaining quality standards and patient-focused care. Follow applicable imaging, patient-safety, infection-control, and departmental procedures. Collaborate effectively with cardiology, imaging, and other healthcare team members as needed. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Sonography/Echocardiography. Current BLS certification. Appropriate echocardiography credential, including one of the following: RDCS through ARDMS RCS or RCCS through CCI ACS through CCI Additional vascular credential, including one of the following: RVT through ARDMS RVS through CCI RS through ARRT Prior travel assignment experience. Ability to work the required variable 10-hour day schedule. Strong technical, communication, and patient-care skills. Additional Requirements This is a travel-only assignment; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the assignment location. Floating is not required. No on-call requirement. Candidates must be available for the full 13-week assignment.
