Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Painter for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $20-$22/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings to surfaces using brush, roller, spray guns, electrostatic guns, and other methods
• Clean and store paint tools and equipment after use
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, tape, and shielding
• Measure and mix paint accurately; monitor paint booth and breathing air systems
• Properly store and dispose of chemicals following safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months painting experience
• Experience with spray guns required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a union environment, starting an apprenticeship with Local 701
• Must pass background and safety regulations

Skills

• Spray guns, paint application, masking, and tape techniques
• Surface preparation and paint mixing
• Electrostatic painting and paint booth operation
• Chemical handling and hazard control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
