Kelly is hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract role at Cleveland OH 44102 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Primary Location: Cleveland OH 44102 12-month contract Onsite role 3rd shift - 10pm 6:00am Mon to Fri Pay rate: $33/hr + $2 shift differential and a paid 30-minute meal break

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase availability, capability, throughput, and yield.
• Conduct failure analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Develop and update technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation related to equipment modifications and repairs.
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Requires strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrates full proficiency in a broad range of maintenance and technical procedures through specialized training and significant hands-on experience.
• Applies established technical methodologies while adapting approaches to new and complex assignments.
• Independently handles a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Serves as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.
• Strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
