If you know Plumbing, we'll teach you how to teach.What You'll Be DoingAs a Plumbing Instructor, you'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.You will:Teach hands-on Plumbing skills using real equipment and real scenariosShare jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practicesMentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learnersPrepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world successParticipate in paid training and ongoing professional developmentWork independently while being supported by an experienced education teamNo lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDP1 or P2 licensing requiredAt least 3 years of hands-on Plumbing experienceAbility to work independently and manage your dayStrong communication and organization skillsWhy This Role?No weekends.
