Voltijds Contract onbepaalde duur Als E-commerce Sales Assistant ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en hun online bestellingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor: Het beheren van internetbestellingen : controleren van volledigheid, legitimiteit en beschikbaarheid van producten. Klantcontact via e-mail, chat en telefoon: beantwoorden van vragen en proactief meedenken. Actief opvolgen van bestellingen en oplossingen bieden waar nodig, zodat klanten een vlekkeloze ervaring hebben. Wat maakt jou de perfecte kandidaat? Je bent klantgericht , service-minded en kan zelfstandig aan de slag. Je werkt georganiseerd , methodisch en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent digitaal onderlegd en kent je weg in tools zoals Microsoft Word en Excel. Je bent tweetalig ( Nederlands/Frans ), zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
