Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM | 8-Hour Shifts

Shift Differential: +$2.25/hour weekdays | +$3.00/hour weekends

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our night shift nursing team.

As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
