We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented individual to join our insurance agency in a developmental role designed to grow into a licensed Sales Producer position. This role provides hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer service, and agency operations while building the skills necessary for a successful career in insurance production. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound marketing and prospecting activities by phone, email, and text to cultivate new leads and generate sales opportunities. Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships through consistent communication. Assist producers by gathering information and preparing quote proposals for new business and renewal accounts. Review coverage options and prepare presentation materials for client meetings. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with policy servicing needs. Support policy changes, renewals, and administrative tasks within the agency management system. Maintain accurate client records and document communications. Work closely with agency leadership to develop sales, communication, and insurance knowledge. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Comfortable using technology, email, text messaging, and CRM systems. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment. Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
