365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 base + incentives
• Schedule: 50% Office / 50% Hospital
• Call: 1:3 rotation
• Weekend Coverage: 1:3
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries
• Manage outpatient clinic visits and follow-ups
• Participate in call rotation and inpatient coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to team-based care

Open to new graduates (2026/2027), early-career, and experienced physicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• $325K–$350K base salary + productivity incentives
