About This Role
Tiny Little Blessings Daycare is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Part-Time Closing Teacher to join our Infant & Toddler team!
This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
We are more than just a daycare — we are a faith-based center focused on nurturing hearts, growing minds, and building strong relationships with our families and staff.
Position Details
- Part-Time Afternoon / Closing Shift
- Infant & Toddler Rooms
- Monday–Friday
- Typical shift: Afternoon to 6:00 PM
- Located in Mount Juliet, TN
- Provide loving and attentive care to infants and toddlers
- Supervise children while maintaining a safe classroom environment
- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, naps, and daily routines
- Engage children through play, activities, music, reading, and curriculum
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Properly document care and activities in Brightwheel
- Communicate positively with parents and fellow staff members
- Help ensure classrooms are clean, prepared, and ready for the next day before closing
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in childcare preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Must be patient, nurturing, and actively eng aged with children
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Must pass required background checks
