Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN/Part-Time

Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN/Part-Time Location: Indiana (heart of Indiana). The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders using therapeutic procedures designed to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. Services are provided at Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders. Provide therapy services in various settings (Skilled Nursing, Outpatient, Long Term Care, Home Health). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver information and support within Physical Therapy. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Qualifications Degree (Bachelor's or Advanced) in Physical Therapy. Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Board. Minimum one year of rehabilitation experience (new graduates welcome). Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to work in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care. Demonstrated competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in physical therapy. Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
