Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission-based
Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate Buyer’s Agent , you’ll work with pre-qualified buyers, convert leads into closings, and guide clients through a successful home-buying experience.
Work directly with pre-qualified buyers from consultation through closing
Identify buyer needs and match clients with suitable properties
Conduct property showings and buyer consultations
Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales processes
Convert qualified leads into active clients and closed transactions
Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Host open houses and engage prospective buyers
Manage your sales pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualifications:
Active Georgia Real Estate License required
Full-time commitment to real estate sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems, technology, and digital sales tools
Coachable, motivated, and results-oriented
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional mindset
