Position Overview

We're looking for motivated, personable, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level B2B Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in sales, develop real business skills, and grow into leadership . You’ll work directly with local businesses, meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers, and help them find telecom solutions that fit their needs.

No prior sales experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build the skills you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Own a local territory and connect with new and existing business customers in person to provide telecom solutions
• Conduct face-to-face visits with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
• Answer questions and provide information about our products and services
• Support customer accounts and help maintain positive, long-term relationships
• Follow up with business clients to make sure they have what they need
• Work with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience
• Keep CRM and account notes up to date

What We're Looking For

• Sales, retail, hospitality, door-to-door, or any face-to-face people-focused experience is a strong plus (not required)
• College students, recent graduates, and career-changers are welcomed
• Comfortable communicating in a clear, friendly, and professional way
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
• Well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and student mentality
• Reliable transportation for daily territory work
