Account Coordinator

The opportunity This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports client or customer accounts through communication, coordination, service, and relationship management. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. What you’ll be doing · Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned accounts · Participate in in-person client/customer meetings and interactions · Coordinate account requests, timelines, and internal follow-up · Help identify service, retention, and growth opportunities What helps you succeed:
