Superintendent (Traveling) Job Location: Traveling Salary: $130k-$145k + Vehicle + Per diem + bonus + Benefits Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent + Experience on Commercial projects such as Banks, retail, office buildings, etc. Ground-up experience is required We are a well-established 250-person General Contractor with a focus on commercial projects. We have a wide range of projects across Commercial, retail, banks, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
• Monitor construction progress
• Maintain a good client/customer relationship throughout the project

What You Need for this Position

• 6+ years experience as a Superintendent
• Ground-up commercial projects (such as banks, retail, office buildings, or related)
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated
