With an established international presence and a growing North American platform, the firm is continuing to invest in its fundraising and investor relations capabilities in New York.

The Role

The firm is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its North America Investor Relations team in New York.

This is an opportunity to join a lean and growing team, working directly with senior Investor Relations professionals across fundraising execution, investor research, sales support, CRM management and institutional investor coverage.

The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to institutional investors across North America and will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the firm's fundraising platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior Investor Relations professionals in developing and executing relationship strategies across institutional investors.
• Prepare investor profiles, meeting materials, briefing notes and follow-up materials for prospective and existing LPs.
• Conduct detailed investor research, including analysis of allocation priorities, historical commitments, investment preferences and organizational structures.
• Track investor activity, meeting outcomes and fundraising pipeline progression.
• Own and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across investor and fundraising workflows.
• Produce pipeline dashboards, investor segmentation analysis and activity reporting.
• Support fundraising processes, roadshows, due diligence requests, RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant database submissions.
• Assist with pitchbooks, marketing materials and other investor-facing content.
• Work closely with Investment, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams across the broader organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, reporting and data management across the Investor Relations function.

Candidate Profile

The firm is looking for candidates with approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience across Investor Relations, fundraising, placement, asset management, investment banking or a related institutional client-facing environment.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong analytical, research and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, DealCloud, Dynamo or similar.
• Exposure to institutional investors or private markets fundraising is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data quality.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
• A proactive, intellectually curious and highly collaborative approach.
