Commercial Counsel - SaaS Contracts & Risk

DocMagic

DocMagic is seeking a legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate contracts in Torrance, California. The ideal candidate possesses a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and has a strong background in commercial agreements relevant to technology or SaaS firms. Responsibilities include partnering with sales to address contract issues, advising on negotiation strategies, and supporting general legal activities.
