CNC Process Engineer

WorkSource is seeking an experienced CNC & Assembly Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in machining and assembly operations. This role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, enhancing production efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, process development, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC machining and assembly processes using Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Write and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) and select appropriate tools/equipment.
• Monitor quality, resolve defects, and support root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical support and train operators on new techniques.
• Maintain process documentation and analyze production data for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong CNC programming skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
