This is a high-activity inside sales role where effort shows up in your paycheck.

Compensation
- $18–$20/hr base + uncapped commission
- Typical first-year earnings: $55,000–$75,000
- Top performers: $100,000–$150,000+
- Daily cash spiffs, bonuses & contests

- Workday ends at 4:30 PM
- No weekends—ever
The Role
- Call and follow up with small business owners nationwide
- Sell POS systems, payment processing & cash discount programs
- Handle objections, follow up, and close deals
- Own your pipeline and results
