Wipro Consulting is expanding its Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities within the Consumer Industries practice and is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to help build and scale this growing practice.
This role combines client delivery, practice development, and business development across three core areas: analytics and investment optimization, trade execution and MarTech enablement, and commercial revenue operations. The successful candidate will also bring expertise in applying agentic AI to improve Revenue Growth Management processes, capabilities, and client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or consumer products industry experience, with hands-on expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), or Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), along with a consulting background and experience leading client engagements.
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth Management & Analytics
- Lead pricing, promotion, and trade-spend analytics and optimization initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve trade investment effectiveness, revenue growth, and return on investment (ROI).
- Support data-driven commercial decision-making and investment optimization.
2. Trade Execution & MarTech Enablement
- Lead or support Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation and execution initiatives.
- Develop and enhance marketing technology capabilities to improve the execution of marketing and commercial plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve trade promotion processes, tools, and operational effectiveness.
