The facility operates with established clinical protocols designed to support consistent and quality care delivery within the outpatient clinic setting. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patient population served. About the Facility Location Niagara Falls, NY offers a range of activities suited to varied interests, including the Maid of the Mist cruise, Cave of the Winds, and jet boat tours on the Niagara River. The area also provides opportunities for hiking, biking, kayaking, and visits to cultural sites such as the Underground Railroad Museum, as well as scenic walkways and gardens. Clinicians on assignment will find additional options including wine tasting and helicopter tours throughout the region. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an expected caseload of 18-22 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including acute and chronic care management for a diverse patient population across all age groups. Candidates must hold an active New York nursing license, be enrolled in Medicaid, and possess prescriptive authority. FQHC experience is preferred for this position.
