Identity Access Analyst II

Overview CTG is seeking to fill an Identity Access Analyst II opening for our client. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented identity and access management professional with experience supporting enterprise access provisioning, troubleshooting user access issues, and maintaining compliance with security and audit standards. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 8 months Key Responsibilities Provision and manage user access requests across enterprise systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues. Support application access re-certifications and audit activities. Ensure timely completion of access requests within established SLAs. Collaborate with Role Engineering and technical teams to research and resolve provisioning issues. Maintain compliance with SOX controls, risk policies, and internal security standards. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of identity and access management experience. Experience with: Active Directory CyberArk Microsoft Entra Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field. 2+ years of identity and access management experience. Relevant IT or security certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
