PRN REGISTERED NURSE – ICU
Position Summary
Alliance Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Registered Nurses – ICU for PRN acute-care opportunities in Adrian, Michigan
This opportunity is designed for experienced acute-care nurses who want additional flexibility while earning a competitive $55.00 per hour .
Qualified candidates must have recent acute-care hospital experience within the ICU specialty.
Required Experience
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license applicable to the assignment.

At least one (1) year of acute-care ICU experience within the past five (5) years.

• Required experience must be within the RN's specialty.Candidates must have qualifying 

acute-care hospital experience

• .

LTACH experience is not accepted as qualifying experience.IRF experience is not accepted as qualifying experience.

• Ability to meet all facility and Alliance credentialing and compliance requirements prior to beginning an assignment.

Position Responsibilities
The RN will provide professional nursing care within an acute-care ICU environment, including:

• Conducting patient assessments and monitoring changes in condition.Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.Developing, implementing, and updating nursing plans of care.Monitoring vital signs, laboratory results, medications, and treatment responses.Recognizing and escalating significant changes in patient condition.Providing appropriate documentation in the patient's medical record.Coordinating care with physicians, nurses, ancillary departments, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.Educating patients and families regarding care, treatment, medications, and discharge planning.Following infection-control, patient-safety, confidentiality, and facility standards.Responding appropriately to urgent and emergency patient-care situations.

Schedule
PRN / Per Diem
Scheduling and available shifts are based on facility needs and candidate availability.
Compensation
$47.00 - $55.00 per hour
Ideal Candidate

• Currently work or recently worked in an acute-care hospital.Want flexible PRN opportunities.Can move quickly through credentialing.Have strong clinical judgment and communication skills.Are dependable and ready to accept available hospital shifts.

Important Experience Requirement
RN – ICU requires at least one (1) year of acute-care experience within the ICU specialty during the past five (5) years.
LTACH and IRF experience will not be accepted in place of the required acute-care hospital experience.
