We are seeking a Board Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum opportunity in Pennsylvania beginning September 2026. This hospital-based assignment offers flexible 24-hour call coverage, strong inpatient support, and ongoing weekend needs into 2027. Assignment Details Start: September 8, 2026 Ongoing coverage into 2027 Approximately 4 10 shifts per month 24-hour call shifts 7:00 AM 7:00 AM Beginning January 2027: approximately 1 weekend per month, typically Thursday 4:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM Current Coverage Needs September 8 10 October October November 1 November 3 4 November 9 11 November December 7 9 December December Practice Setting Hospital-based Urology Level II Trauma Center 228-bed hospital Adult patient population Cerner inpatient EMR GE Centricity for outpatient record review Clinical Responsibilities 24-hour Urology call coverage Morning inpatient rounding as needed Emergency Urology consultations and procedures Cystoscopy and stent placement for hematuria as needed Kidney stone management and extraction Holmium laser lithotripsy Foley catheter placement consultations Management of UTIs Testicular torsion and other emergent surgical cases as needed Post-procedure rounding when patients remain admitted Support Urology PA Inpatient clinical support Facility serves as a regional hub for surrounding hospitals Requirements MD or DO Board Certified in Urology Pennsylvania license or IMLC DEA required ACLS required 1 2 years of experience preferred Credentialing Name clear required IMLC licensing candidates accepted Travel Full travel covered Airfare Hotel Rental car Mileage as applicable
