What You Bring 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, in‑house talent experience is considered an asset. A proven ability to proactively source and engage talent in competitive markets. Strong process discipline to ensure talent activities are tracked against team and company metrics. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills. A consultative mindset with the confidence to influence and guide hiring decisions. Curiosity about talent markets, workforce trends, and innovative recruiting practices. A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences.
