Seeking to hire highly qualified midlevel or senior associates or of counsel with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our structured transactions practice group. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred). Also, RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience is highly preferred, but not required. This position can be located in our Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC offices. Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Morgan Lewis is accepting submissions from search firms for this position. For positions in Illinois, New York, and Washington, DC, the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
