Hospice Field RN/Case Manager — Compassionate Home Care

Hospice of Southern Illinois is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse/Case Manager based in Belleville, IL. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and coordinate with the IDT to ensure quality end-of-life support in home or home-like settings. The role requires an Illinois nursing license, hospice experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license for travel within service areas.
