Calling All May 2026 RN Graduates! Launch Your Career at Upson Regional Medical Center! Are you passionate about nursing and ready to make a difference from day one? Our Summer Nurse Residency Program begins June 15, 2026 , and is designed to help you confidently transition from student to skilled bedside nurse. What to Expect:
- A 12-15-week comprehensive training experience
- Blended learning with expert-led sessions, hands-on skills labs, and real-world clinical exposure
- Supportive cohort-based learning , mentorship, and policy/procedure deep dives
- Development of essential skills, behaviors, and confidence
- Special Care Unit (Cardiac, Stroke, Step-Down ICU) Full-Time Night Shifts
- Behavioral Health - Full-Time Night Shifts
- Medical/Surgical - Full-Time Night Shifts
- Final semester student or recent graduate of an Associate or Bachelor's Nursing Program
- BLS certification
