Family-Centered Therapy Specialist - In-Home Impact

Health Connect America, Inc.

Health Connect America is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Specialist to deliver FCT services for children and families, working in home, community, and office settings. This role requires FCT certification and active participation in plan development and documentation. You will coordinate with the Treatment Team, provide psychoeducation, and support families in achieving goals within a flexible schedule, including on-call coverage where needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Connect America, Inc.
