Requirements: Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in construction management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling : Assists in creating and tracking timelines, scheduling tasks, and coordinating subcontractors. Budget & Cost Control : Monitors expenses and ensures the project stays within budget. Coordination & Communication : Acts as a liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients. Quality Control & Site Supervision : Monitors work quality, ensures safety, and conducts site inspections. Document Management & Reporting : Maintains project documentation and prepares progress reports for stakeholders.
