•5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.

•Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

•Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

•Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

•Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs.
