Overview Shipping & Receiving Clerk with Forklift duties
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
Pay Rate: $15/hour We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Shipping & Receiving clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is OSHAcertified on a sitdown forklift , bilingual in English and Spanish , and experienced in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

- Operate a sitdown forklift safely and efficiently (OSHA certification required).
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by documenting daily moves and verifying shipments.
- Manage shipping/receiving documentation and report any damages.
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, drivers, and internal contacts.
- Perform physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and sorting materials.
- Complete data entry tasks with strong attention to detail and organization.
- OSHAcertified SitDown Forklift Operator
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (fluent)
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
