Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN Shift team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in providing safe, effective, and individualized therapy sessions.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while adhering to facility policies.

• Follow strict safety and infection control protocols to protect residents and staff.

• Keep therapy areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with working equipment.

• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.

• Ensure compliance with labeling and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a PTA in Florida.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting preferred.
