Position: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida
Position Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN Shift team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents, we’d love to meet you!
Assist the Physical Therapist in providing safe, effective, and individualized therapy sessions.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while adhering to facility policies.
Follow strict safety and infection control protocols to protect residents and staff.
Keep therapy areas clean, organized, and fully stocked with working equipment.
Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Ensure compliance with labeling and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) requirements.
Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice as a PTA in Florida.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting preferred.
