• Prepare look-ahead schedules and communicate upcoming milestones, constraints, and potential delays to project leadership.
• Maintain documentation for schedule changes, customer delays, access restrictions, weather impacts, late material, and other project disruptions.
Cost Control, Forecasting, and Change Management
• Support project performance tracking against the original estimate, approved budget, committed costs, and contract value.
• Review estimated labor hours, material allowances, equipment costs, subcontractor costs, and project assumptions with project leadership.
• Track labor hours, productivity, material spending, equipment usage, subcontractor costs, and other project expenses.
• Assist with identifying out-of-scope work, customer-directed changes, field conditions, design revisions, delays, and additional work.

• Coordinate technical questions with electrical engineers, designers, OEMs, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and field teams.

• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, customer acceptance, and corrective actions.
• Track deficiencies, punch-list items, nonconformance reports, and corrective actions through completion.
• Collect and organize as-built drawings, test reports, warranties, equipment manuals, spare-parts lists, training records, and turnover documentation.
