MCS Supply Chain Associate with Purchase Orders, Buyer/Procurement/Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory and SAP Experience (Hybrid Job in New Albany OH)

What we are looking for :-

Looking for a Junior Level - Buyer/Procurement/Purchasing Assistant who has experience in Purchase Order Management using SAP

Some small amount of Warehouse/Inventory experience will be a great plus

Need a person who is located near to client location (New Albany OH)

Description:

New Albany OH

Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week; depending on the business needs.

Shift: 9am-5pm local hours

The hiring manager is not specifically looking for candidates with supply chain experience, as long as they have relevant experience for the role.

Supply Chain Associate Procurement/Inventory Management

Skill Sets:

Organization - Preferred candidates are well organized and able to handle multiple competing priorities between both Procurement and Warehouse Inventory Management.

Communication Skills - Preferred candidates have strong communication skills and respond quickly and accurately, escalate issues as needed, and support the team.

Proficient user of software applications - Associate will work within multiple systems including SAP, Smartsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and potentially others

Soft Skills:

Demonstrates strong analytical skills combined with excellent communication and consistent follow up.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while staying on top of tasks and deliverables.

Technically proficient.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Associate will support with inbound vendor management of Purchase Orders for both commercial manufacturing and offsite test material storage and will be working on site between both sites.
