We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms, retail gift sales and the Creekside Grill. The Creekside Grill, located inside the lodge, features classic American cuisine with a twist of exquisite flair. Guests can dine indoors or if the weather is nice, dine on the patio with a spectacular view of Echo Bluff! Position Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils Execute opening and closing procedures Complete all required food and safety logs Position Requirements: Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
