Role: Senior Data science Lead
Location: Rahway, NJ / WestPoint, PA onsite
Long term contract

Primary & Secondary Skill: Strong core data science and machine learning experience, solid Python + scikit-learn + deep learning framework skills
• Experience with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Hands-on experience delivering real-world data science and machine learning solutions.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation.
practical experience building or supporting LLM / Generative AI use cases
Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and LLM evaluation, and strong ability to work across business and technical teams.
Preferred candidates will also bring:MLOps / cloud / deployment experience
Experience in regulated or manufacturing/pharma settings,and practical delivery of production GenAI applications.
